Customers may provide a single component part (or a drawing of the part) from which a manufacturing fixture can be designed to secure the part and provide tooling clearances to machine the parts.

Fabricating fixtures (robotic or manual) are designed with flexibility in mind to allow for the material variations that naturally exist, and to facilitate minor engineering changes that may surface in the development process. Quick-change features can also be designed into the tool utilizing pneumatic or hydraulic clamping.
