The addition of the Flow Waterjet Cutting System has created new opportunities for Fox Valley Tool & Die. Flow’s Hyper Pressure 87,000 PSI pump operates at 45% higher pressure than traditional 60,000 PSI pumps, creating more cutting power and minimizing taper. Outfitted with an articulating head, edge definition is more precise, whether the edge is tapered, or if it needs to be cut straight.

Increased speeds and greater precision of this machine generates lower unit cost per part without sacrificing quality. Workspace envelope will support parts sizes less than 6 ft. by 12 ft, with thicknesses up to 8”.

In combination with our existing CAD programs, FlowMaster 6.0 allows our operator to process a part program, control the jet-cutting path, and layout parts geometrically on sheet material to optimize material usage.
