In addition to the extensive inspection capabilities possessed by Fox Valley Tool & Die, we discovered several applications that needed alternative methods of certification.  Small, intricate components that are difficult to inspect via traditional methods are better suited for the RAM Optical Measuring System.

The Ram Optical Sprint MVP 400 system is an enhanced optical verification system that combines the strengths of traditional optical comparators, toolmaker's microscopes and CMM's into one comprehensive system. The system utilizes powerful software to easily generate inspection programs to quickly verify part specifications, and provide documentation (printout or .pdf) to accompany the parts at shipment.

The Sprint MVP 400 inspection tool is equipped with an 18" x 18" table, allowing multiple (different) parts to be set up and part features verified when the parts are in-process.
